Vitec Software Group AB (publ) acquires 3L System

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) traded on the NasdaqOMX Nordic Main Market announces that they now control 95,6% of the shares in 3L System Group and will thereby complete the acquisition proposed in a public bid on January 23rd 2012.
