Activities in what is now Kålltorp Byggnads AB started in 1983 and is a very successfully Gothenburg-based family business. Kålltorp Byggnads Ltd is part of a group which also include Kålltorp Plåtslageri AB signs.

Kålltorp Byggnads is a large construction company and performs new construction, renovations, construction, and maintenance. Kålltorp Byggnads are experienced project managers and performs everything from shared contracts to Total contracts, where the handing over turnkey projects.
